We are looking for a new pizza chef to join our growing team. This job offers flexible hours to suit the candidates wishes of between 20-40+ hours a week!
We are looking for chefs with various levels of experience working with fresh dough within a pizza kitchen. We are open to all ideas so we need a candidate with a passion for what they do, working with the head chef to create a product our customers love!
Please note - we work on a student calendar so you get Christmas and New Year off! As we are busy midweek there is also plenty of opportunity to take weekends off for a proper work/life balance.
Who are we?
HAUS is a late night Pizza & Cocktail venue by night that serves incredible freshly made pizza's & a seasonal brunch menu by day. Everything we do is high quality using the best ingredients. Think small tables & your date night venue. We are an independently run business with a tight-knit team & hands on owners. We love to work with people for the long run & we look after our own, this really is one of the most enjoyable kitchens to work in Manchester.
Our venue currently uses stone baked electric ovens. We use fresh dough prepared daily so knowledge of this process is also preferred! For us attitude is the most important thing so training can be provided for the right candidate.
PIZZA CHEF ROLE:
We are looking for someone to help us with:
+ The organisation of our fresh dough making process.
+ Leading the kitchen through busy shifts.
+ Menu development.
+ To maintain standards through regular staff training & maintaining reward & disciplinary procedures.
+ Organising stock orders.
+ To maintain communication with staff members, answering general day to day queries.
+ To ensure the venue is fully compliant with all EHO regulations by maintaining cleaning & hygiene practices.
+ To help maintain cleaning & hygiene practices.
The candidate will receive a high level of support from the directors, we are hands on owners involved in all the day-to-day running!

TRAINEE PIZZA CHEF ROLE
We are looking for a new trainee pizza chef to join our growing team. This job offers flexible hours to suit the candidates wishes of between 20-40+ hours a week!
We are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and experience is not essential. Full training on our pizza making processes will be provided for the right candidate.
Please note - we work on a student calendar so you get Christmas and New Year off! As we are busy midweek there is also plenty of opportunity to take weekends off for a proper work/life balance.
For this job starting at £12 an hour. This will suit someone who requires full training in pizza making & cooking. Pay will improve on experience.
Please note: our shift times run from 10am - 3pm & 3pm - 01:00am so you must be prepared for a later than usual finish!
